Hot Beverages:

Cappucino: One shot of espresso coffee with milk foam added to make the "dome" like shape of the famous Olio Dome's cappucino.

Mocha: One shot of espresso coffee with chocolate and hot milk filled to the brim of the latte glass. The coffee foam and the milk foam must be around 1cm thick.

Macchiatto: Two shots of espresso coffee with hot milk filled to the brim of the latte glass. The coffee foam and the milk foam must also be around 1cm thick.

Latte: One shot of espresso coffee with hot milk filled to the brim of latte glass. 1cm thick of the foam too.

Long-Black: Also known as "kopi or" just two shots of espresso coffee with hot water added.

Espresso: One shot of espresso coffee.(now you know why espresso cups are so small.)

So now you know how all these coffees are made.....
